Shipment for Supply of 11 Units of Gas Engine Generating Set in Brazil

HHI-EMD completed the shipment of eleven (11) units of 9.3 MW gas engine power generating set and auxiliary equipment from December 2021 to January 2022 under the Prosperidade II & III supply contract in Brazil.

This shipment was followed by the order in 2Q, 2021 from Imetame Termelectrica, and will be delivered to the site to focus on power generation for eastern part of Brazil.

Imetame Termelectrica is a Brazilian independent power producer currently developing a number of power generation projects to meet the sharply increasing electricity demand in Brazil.

HHI-EMD was awarded the Contract to supply new power generation equipment owing to its solid reputation with a proven track-record and reliable performance of the gas engine, H35/40GV.

In addition, this project was contracted as a series project (1st 6 units + 2nd 5 units), and are expected to complete construction of the power plant in 2022.
