Special Product Care Service for Valuable HHI Customers

HHI-EMD conducted a special product care service for valuable engine power plant customers.

This service was aimed to strengthen ties between HHI-EMD and its customers by listening to the VOC from the site and providing extra on-site technical support. HHI-EMD plans to expand its special product care service to more countries in the future.

During this opportunity, HHI-EMD’s special team visited three countries (Dominican Republic, Guyana & Ecuador) in Central & South America.

Dominican EGE Haina, HHI-EMD’s first HiMSEN engine customer, has operated their HiMSEN engine power plant since January 2003 and even after operating 157,000 hours in the past 19 years, the availability still stands at 94.7%. The additional HiMSEN engines purchased by EGE Haina in 2014 also show exceptional quality and reliability, currently operating at a remarkable availability of 94.9%. “. We are very grateful for HHI’s generous and sincere support over the past 19 years allowing us to operate the HiMSEN engine without any major issue. With HHI’s trust and dedication shown over the years, we plan to use Hyundai HiMSEN engines for our future expansion project.” says Mr. Enriquillo Feliz, Site Manager of EGE Haina, expressing his appreciation to HHI.

Banks DIH, another valuable customer from Guyana, has made 5 consecutive orders of HiMSEN engines since 2005, owing to its high reliability and performance.

HHI-EMD plans to expand its special product care service to valuable customers in other areas and by actively accommodating customer opinions and understanding customer needs, HHI-EMD will improve its product competitiveness, maximize customer satisfaction and continue to strengthen relations with its esteemed customers.
